Affinor Growers (AFI) has announced debt settlement agreements with creditors to settle C$229,355 in debt.
The company will issue a total of 2,293,550 units at a deemed price of $0.10 per unit. Each unit will include one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share for $0.15 per warrant share for twelve months.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
