Alvopetro Energy (ALV) has announced its 2021 year-end results and provided an operational update.

Alvopetro has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.08 per common share, payable in cash on April 14, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2022.

President & CEO Corey Ruttan sat down with Dave Jackson to discuss the news.

“With ongoing strong performance from our Caburé project, along with the recent increase in our realized natural gas pricing to US$11.28/Mcf, we are pleased to announce a 33 per cent increase in our quarterly dividend. We continue to target a balanced and disciplined stakeholder return and organic growth model and on March 2, 2022, we commenced our 2022 drilling campaign targeting the first of two, high-impact, conventional natural gas exploration prospects.”
