SPARC AI (CSE:SPAI) unveiled Overwatch, a revolutionary GPS-free, zero-signature universal map and target intelligence platform that redefines autonomous surveillance and navigation capabilities for drones and edge devices.

Overwatch transforms any drone or autonomous system into a complete intelligence solution, delivering real-time mapping of movement, detection, classification, tracking, and threat analysis — all without relying on GPS, radar, lidar, or additional hardware. This innovation enables unmatched situational awareness in GPS-denied environments, offering clarity, speed, and resilience that traditional systems cannot match.

Unlike conventional surveillance tools that only capture visible data, Overwatch records where targets are, how they move, and how they behave over time, providing deep behavioral insights and predictive intelligence. This leap in capability is powered by SPARC AI’s patented Target Acquisition System, now bundled with Overwatch to create a unified platform for mission-critical operations.

To accelerate market adoption, SPARC AI is launching an invite-only Early Access Partner Program, targeting select defense, rescue, and security organizations. Participants will gain exclusive access to the company’s product roadmap, priority integrations, and special pricing.

Coinciding with the Overwatch launch, SPARC AI also introduced its next-generation AI Autonomous Navigation System, which enables full autonomy across land, air, and sea — even in environments where GPS and traditional sensors fail. This system is fully integrated into the Overwatch platform and allows autonomous vehicles to navigate without external dependencies, setting a new benchmark for performance in defense, commercial, and maritime applications.

Key operational features include:

  • Geofence mission planner: Offers more precise control over altitude, camera pitch, speed, and route coordination.
  • Adaptive path planning and terrain-aware navigation: Continuously analyzes surroundings to optimize safety and efficiency.
  • Multi-target coordination and fleet scaling: Enables synchronized operations across multiple drones or autonomous vessels.

SPARC AI Inc. has developed and patented Spatial Predictive Approximation and Radial Convolution (SPARC), encompassing exclusive algorithms leveraging established mathematical principles to determine the positions of remote objects independently of satellite, GPS or internet connectivity. Leveraging this core IP, SPARC AI is in the process of creating a variety of geospatial solutions, which are being seamlessly integrated into a microchip. This integration empowers users to enable SPARC AI functionality across their camera devices, including drones.

SPARC AI stock (CSE:SPAI) last traded at $0.73 and has risen 151.72 per cent since the year began.
