Courier company, ParcelPal Technology (PKG) has announced the successful launch of an improved website for all of its customers.

The company has welcomed the debut of its new website, which is designed for the convenience of customers across all of its service territories. The website is mobile-friendly, easier to use, more visually engaging, and makes finding information much simpler and faster.

Specifically, the updated website has a number of helpful features, including intuitive navigation, a robust alert notification area, dynamic search functionality, and an enhanced newsfeed platform.

The launch of ParcelPal’s new and improved website is one part of the company’s plan to renew focus on its corporate clients. The company has recently enjoyed a flood of new customer agreements, some of which are with larger volume clients.

ParcelPal Technology’s CEO, Rich Wheeless, commented on the reasons behind the launch of the company’s new and improved website. In particular, he credited feedback from customers for initiating the much-needed update.

“At ParcelPal, our customers are at the centre of everything we do, and it is essential that we focus on giving them convenient access to information and the responsive, personal service that they expect and deserve every day, at any time.

“We launched this new website in direct response to feedback from our customers, who told us how they wanted to interact with us.

“Additionally, the website aligns with the shifted focus and strategy alignment for the company,” he said.

ParcelPal Technology (PKG) remains unchanged, and is currently trading steady for 7.5 cents per share.
