Hello Pal International (HP) has completed its fully subscribed private placement financing.

Hello Pal International (HP), a provider of rapidly growing international live-streaming, social messaging and language learning mobile apps, is pleased to announce it has completed its fully subscribed private placement financing of 5,000,000 units at $0.40 per unit for gross proceeds of C$2,000,000.

Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $0.60 per share until February 23, 2023.

The shares issued under the Offering will be subject to restrictions on resale until June 24, 2021.

Hello Pal will use the proceeds of the offering for growth initiatives of its Hello Pal ecosystem as well as working capital purposes.

The Hello Pal Platform is a proprietary suite of mobile applications built on a user-friendly messaging interface that focuses on social interaction, language learning and travel. 

Hello Pal International Inc. (HP) is up 5.8 per cent, trading at C$0.73 per share at 2:45 pm EST.
