Endeavour Mining Corporation (EDV) has successfully completed the previously announced La Mancha Holding S.à.r.l. investment.

Endeavour issued a total of 8,910,592 ordinary shares to La Mancha at  US$22.45 per share for net proceeds of US$200 million.

The investment announced as part of the acquisition of Teranga Gold Corporation on November 16, 2020, is being made by La Mancha under its pre-existing anti-dilution right.

Following completion of the investment, Endeavour will have 252,519,830 shares outstanding with La Mancha holding an interest of approximately 19 per cent.

Endeavour Mining Corp is a gold mining company. The company engages in gold mining operating four mines in West Africa in addition to having project development and exploration assets. 

Endeavour Mining Corporation (EDV) is down 2.86 per cent, trading at C$24.13 per share at 3 pm ET.
