Cyntar Ventures has closed its non-brokered private placement.

The company issued 7,500,000 warrants at a price of $0.05 for gross proceeds of C$375,000.

Warrants are exercisable into one additional common share for $0.15 per share. The warrants will expire on April 22, 2024.

A finder’s fee of up to 8.0% of the proceeds will be paid in connection with the offering.

The closing is subject to certain conditions including receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the CSE.

Cyntar Ventures Inc. is a mineral exploration company that intends to acquire and explore, develop and/or operate mineral resource assets in Canada.

Cyntar Ventures (CYN) is unchanged, trading at $0.185 per share at 11 am ET.
