Under the terms of the LOI, the exclusive rights will include sourcing, manufacturing, distributing and marketing the Willies Reserve and Harvest line of products in Washington state.

Singer-songwriter Willie Nelson partnered with GCH USA in 2015 for the Willies Reserve line of products, which embraces the diversity of the plant, the range of cultivation methods and the wide range of effects and benefits cannabis can have.

New Leaf Ventures provides a cannabis-based scalable securities concept of focused financing and applied management in order to achieve earnings growth through investment opportunities.

Its flagship enterprise, New Leaf USA and its subsidiaries provide licenses, consulting services, real property intellectual property and equipment for lease.
