Eric Sprott has disposed of 26,082,309 common shares of Benchmark Metals (BNCH).

He sold his holdings for $1.10 per share for consideration of $28,690,540.

This represents 12.9 per cent of the company on a non-diluted basis. 

Sprott now owns and controls no common shares and 3,846,154 purchase warrants representing 1.9 per cent of the company on a partially diluted basis.

As a result, Sprott is no longer a Benchmark insider.

Benchmark (BNCH) is down by 5.61 per cent trading at $1.01 per share as of 12:52 pm EST.
