King Global (KING) has completed a private placement for proceeds of $150,000.
The company issued 3,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable for three years.
King Global issued a finder’s fee of $12,000 cash and 240,000 warrants.
Proceeds of the placement will be used to fund resource expenditures on its Newfoundland Gold Exploration portfolio and to supplement general working capital.
All securities were issued with a hold period expiring on August 21, 2022. The placement remains subject to regulatory approval.
King Global Ventures is a natural-resource company that holds a 100 per cent interest in four gold exploration projects in the Gander Gold Belt Region of Newfoundland.
