The company issued 1,900,000 common shares priced at $0.05 per share.

All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period.

Bullet Exploration Inc. is a mineral exploration company with two prospective properties in southern British Columbia. The Anita Property includes seven mineral tenures totalling approximately 2,900 hectares and covers three historical mineral showings, the Al, the Cindy, and the Anita.
