Reyna Silver Corp. (RSLV) has closed a private placement for gross proceeds of $5,000,000.

The company issued 13,888,889 units at a price of $0.36 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant can be exercised for one common share at a price of $0.50 any time on or before June 24, 2024.

Net proceeds will be used to fund the exploration of the company’s Guigui and Batopilas properties in Chihuahua, Mexico and for general corporate and working capital purposes.

All securities issued are subject to a hold period ending on October 25, 2022.
