Altima Resources (ARH) has announced a private placement for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

The company will issue up to 10,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Proceeds from the financing will be used to develop the company’s oil and gas operations and general working capital.

There may be finders’ fees in connection with the private placement in accordance with TSXV policies.
