Conifex Timber (CFF) released results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022.
EBITDA was $4.2 million for the quarter compared to $3.3 million in the third quarter of 2021. Net income was $0.9 million or $0.02 per share for the quarter versus a net loss of $0.9 million or $0.02 per share in the year-earlier quarter.
The company also reiterated its commitment to pursuing diversified, affordable investment opportunities.
Conifex will host a new customer at its 3-megawatt site in Mackenzie, B.C. Greenidge Generation Holdings hosts approximately 25,000 servers located at sites in New York State and South Carolina. Greenidge intends to deploy their servers at its Mackenzie location in late November.

Conifex and its subsidiaries’ primary business currently includes timber harvesting, reforestation, forest management, sawmilling logs into lumber and wood chips, and value-added lumber finishing and distribution. Conifex’s lumber products are sold in the United States, Canadian and Japanese markets. Conifex also produces bioenergy at its power generation facility at Mackenzie, BC.
