OOOOO Entertainment (OOOO) partner, Shiller, has signed a referral agreement with Rarible.

Rarible is an aggregated multi-chain NFT marketplace backed by Venrock and CoinFund.

Shiller is a live video commerce platform for digital assets powered by OOOOO technology.

Creators on the Shiller platform will be able to act as intermediaries during live broadcasts, promoting Rarible NFTs to viewers on the Shiller app or website.

Rarible and Shiller will share commissions when one or more NFTs have been purchased within seven days of a referral.

Shiller is the first company to secure affiliate status on Rarible’s referral program.

OOOOO’s wholly-owned subsidiary and Shiller are parties to a license agreement regarding OOOOO’s technology, pursuant to which OOOOO indirectly acquired 20 per cent of Shiller’s share capital on a fully diluted basis.
