Victory Resources (VR) has increased its land claim holdings in Quebec’s James Bay Lithium District.

The company acquired 17 new claims for its Stingray Property for $7,000 in cash and 2.8 million shares.

Total claims acquired, staked and filed for the Stingray Property now stand at 66.

The non-contiguous claims are in the vicinity of Patriot Battery Metals‘ (PMET) Corvette lithium property along the same rock unit, mapped by Patriot, containing lithium-bearing pegmatites up to 20 km long with Li2O values as high as 1,280 ppm.

The James Bay Region is composed of the Superior Province, which features numerous large fault zones containing gold, lithium, copper, zinc and silver.

Victory Resources is a diversified junior mining company with interests in North America.
