Nextech3D.ai’s (NTAR) Toggle3D has increased the converting power of its CAD to POLY importer by over 10X.
The AI-powered CAD design studio can also now convert manufacturing files over 1,000 MB.
It achieves this by optionally removing components that are not visible once a CAD file is converted to mesh.
Management believes these features will unlock revenue opportunities for enterprise-level manufacturers with CAD files for usage on the web, and help Toggle3D to become an industry leader in the estimated $160 billion global CGI application market.
Nextech intends to release an enterprise subscription package with on-premise deployment, workflow management tools and increased security protocols, with deals expected to exceed $100,000.
Toggle3D enables the conversion, texturing, customizing, and sharing of 3D models at scale using CAD files. The platform’s over 1,300 users includes designers, developers, 3D artists, entrepreneurs and creators.
Product manager, Dasha Vdovina, spoke with Simon Druker about the news.
