In a news release, the company said no personnel are currently at the camp site.

Exploration drilling at the 24/27 Deposit was completed in mid-July and the camp was subsequently closed and shut down for the upcoming fall and winter season.

We hope for an immediate resolution to the ongoing wildfires,” Salehi said.

Thousands of people have fled Yellowknife and neighbouring communities under the wildfire threat.
