Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX/NASDAQ:ACB), a Canadian-based global medical cannabis company, reported its financial and operational results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company delivered strong performance across key metrics, achieving record annual global medical cannabis net revenue of C$288.6 million, marking an 18 per cent increase year over year. In addition to its financial growth, Aurora strengthened its strategic position by completing the acquisition of Safari Flower Company in April, an established EU-GMP-certified manufacturer. This acquisition enhances the company’s production capabilities and supports expansion in high-growth international markets. Aurora also maintained a solid financial position, ending the period with approximately C$164.7 million in cash, short-term investments, and cash equivalents, while carrying no debt on its balance sheet.
