Peloton (PMC) is reporting that a pulse electromagnetic survey is underway at the Boulder Copper Property.

Crone Geophysics and Exploration is carrying out the survey on the Montana-based property.

Peloton and its subsidiary, Celerity Mineral, are prioritizing numerous drill targets within a large IP anomaly – estimated at several thousand meters in diameter – associated with a known mineralized Cu-Mo porphyry system based on historical data and drilling.

Nearby Butte, Montana was the largest copper porphyry deposit and mine complex ever discovered in North America. Approximately 95 per cent of the metal produced from Butte comes from “Main Stage Veins”, or vertically oriented veins of massive sulfide within a broader halo of lower-grade copper porphyry alteration and mineralization.

Butte’s Anaconda Vein contained 40 million tons of ore averaging 4.5 per cent copper, 5 oz./ton silver and minimal traces of zinc, manganese, lead and gold.

Upon completion of the survey, Celerity plans to finalize a 43-101 technical report and further its efforts to become a public company by early 2023. Peloton shareholders will receive a dividend of Celerity shares upon a public listing.

Celerity owns 100 per cent of the Boulder Property while Peloton owns 50 per cent of Celerity.

Peloton CEO Ted Ellwood spoke with Daniella Atkinson about the ongoing field work.

Peloton Minerals operates copper and gold exploration projects in Montana and Nevada.

Peloton Minerals Corp (PMC) opened trading at C$0.065.
