ACME Lithium Inc. (ACME) has begun its drill program at the Shatford Lake Project.

The project is located in the Winnipeg River pegmatite region.

Shatford East, part of the Shatford – Winnipeg River structure, is a priority area that is a 7 km curvilinear feature on the claim block with multiple observations of pegmatites containing anomalous lithium.

Following its summer exploration program, the company plans to drill up to 5,000 metres and has mobilized equipment, supplies, and crew to Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba. Drill targets from multiple sites have been identified and include numerous pegmatites, some were undocumented prior to the 2022 summer exploration program. ACME’s Shatford Lake claim is south of the lithium-cesium-tantalum-producing Tanco Mine.

The Tanco Mine and Shatford Lake areas are in the pegmatite fields of the southern limb of the Bird River Greenstone Belt, which contains at least 10 pegmatite fields and hundreds of individual pegmatite bodies, many classified as complex rare-element Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum pegmatites.

ACME Lithium (ACME) is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing battery metal projects in partnership with leading technology and commodity companies.

ACME has acquired or is under option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in projects located in Clayton Valley and Fish Lake Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada, and at Cat-Euclid and Shatford Lakes in southeastern Manitoba.

ACME Lithium Inc. (ACME) is trading at $0.30 per share as of 10:35 a.m. ET.
