Adamant Holding (ADMT) has acquired 51-per-cent of Europronet.

Europronet d.o.o., which is located in Bosnia-Herzegovina, is a fully licensed internet service provider (ISP) worth US$2,900,000.

The acquisition will be paid in cash in instalments over the next three years.

The acquisition is in line with Adamant’s strategy to expand its operations in the growing telecom market in the Balcan territory.

Recent reports indicate that the telecom business in the region is expected to experience significant growth in the coming years. In addition, Europronet has been independently evaluated to have a strong customer base and is expected to bring significant business synergies to Adamant.

“We are thrilled to announce this acquisition and welcome Europronet d.o.o. to the Adamant Holding Inc. family,” stated Andrea Pagani, CEO of Adamant Holdings.

“This acquisition will bring together with Oktacom Inc. and Brilliance llc enhanced services to our customers,” he added.

“We are excited to join forces with Adamant Holding Inc., and this acquisition will provide our customers with expanded resources and a broader range of services,” said Europronet d.o.o.’s CEO Jernej Kenda.

The transaction is expected to close in Q2.

Adamant Global Holding is the owner of Oktacom Inc, a licensed Global Telecom Carrier within the international VoIP (voice over IP) wholesale business, and Brilliance ltd, a cloud-based mobile service company.

Adamant Holding Inc. (ADMT) opened trading at $0.025.
