Adya (TSXV:ADYA) crosses the border and begins trading on the OTCQB

Adya (ADYA) has taken the first step in its journey to become a recognizable national holding company.

Common shares of Adya have begun trading on OTCQB under trading symbol ADYIF.

The company’s shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol ADYA.

Company CEO Samer Bishay commented on the new listing.

“We are pleased to be listing Adya on the OTCBQ, thereby providing US investors with a more enhanced trading experience. This will provide ADYA with greater visibility into the U.S. markets, access to expanded shareholder base and ultimately greater liquidity and value.”

To qualify for OTCQB, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws. The OTCQB quality standards provide a strong baseline of transparency as well as the technology and regulation to improve the trading experience for investors.
