ARHT Media Inc. (ART) has granted an aggregate of 600,000 options for $147,000 to two directors.
One-third of the options are to be issued immediately. The remaining two-thirds will be issued on the first and second anniversaries of the grant.
Each option may be exercised at a price of $0.245 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
ARHT Media also announces the resignation of Kwok Hei Yam from the board of directors.
