Arras Minerals Corp. (ARK) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $7.17 million.

The company sold a total of 15,938,250 common shares at $0.45 per share. 

The company paid $84,432 in finders’ fees. 

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Proceeds will be used to advance exploration activities at the company’s projects in NE Kazakhstan and for general corporate purposes.

Arras is a Canadian exploration and development company advancing a portfolio of copper and gold assets in northeastern Kazakhstan, including the Option Agreement on the Beskauga copper and gold project.

Arras Minerals Corp. (ARK) opened trading at C$0.45.
