Banyan Gold (BYN) has released results from 36 drill holes from its AurMac Property in Yukon.

The results stem from the property’s 2022 exploration program, which is focused on expanding mineralization at the Powerline Deposit, Aurex Hill Deposit and regional high-priority targets.

Assay highlights from the Powerline Deposit include:

Results to date have expanded Powerline’s mineralized footprint by 600 m to the east and 1,000 m to the west.

Consistent and widespread gold mineralization from surface is indicative of AurMac’s further resource expansion potential.

Banyan believes gold mineralization at Powerline and Aurex Hill – both expanded through ongoing exploration – is associated with a large intrusion-related system typical of the Tombstone Gold Belt and Selwyn Basin gold deposits.

The company is employing a strong bismuth-gold association at AurMac to establish further exploration vectors.

President and CEO Tara Christie spoke with Daniella Atkinson about the results.

Banyan Gold is a mineral exploration company advancing two Yukon gold properties. It’s primary asset, The AurMac Gold Property, houses an inferred mineral resource of 3,990,000 ounces gold.

Banyan Gold Corp. (BYN) is unchanged trading at $0.39 per share as of 1:27 pm EST.
