The company issued 16,150,000 special warrants priced at $0.05 per warrant. Each special warrant is convertible into one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share for a period of 60 months.
All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period, after which time the special warrants are convertible into units.
