Blackrock Silver (TSXV:BRC) announces $8 million bought-deal private placement

Blackrock Silver (BRC) is announcing a C$8 million bought-deal private placement with Red Cloud Securities.

A syndicate of underwriters led by Red Cloud Securities will purchase for resale 10,666,667 units of Blackrock Silver at $0.75 per unit for gross proceeds of $8,000,000.

Each unit consists of one Blackrock common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant is exercisable into one Blackrock common share at $1.15 at any time on or before 24 months after the closing of the offering.

The company has granted the underwriters an over-allotment option, exercisable up to 48 hours prior to the closing date, to purchase for resale up to 2,666,667 units at the unit price for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000.

Blackrock will use the proceeds to further explore its gold and silver projects in Nevada and for general working capital.

The offering is expected to close on or about June 8, 2021.

Blackrock is a junior gold-focused exploration company on a quest to make an economic discovery.

Blackrock Silver (BRC) is up by 2.44 per cent and is currently trading at $0.84 per share as of 12:22 pm ET.
