Cassandra Joseph joins Cypress Development’s (TSXV:CYP) Board of Directors

Cassandra Joseph has joined Cypress Development’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Joseph is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience working in natural resources, environmental and corporate law. She is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Nevada Copper Corp., and Director and Chair of the Governance and Nomination Committee of Bunker Hill Mining Corp.

A resident of Nevada, Ms. Joseph was Associate General Counsel for Tahoe Resources Inc. and worked for the Attorney Generals of California and Nevada. She was a partner in Watson Rounds PLC (now Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP) where she litigated intellectual property cases.

She holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley.
