Tocvan Ventures (TOC) and Colibri Resource Corp (CBI) have received drilling results from the Pilar Project.

The Pilar Gold & Silver Project is located in Mexico.

According to Colibri, both of the main zone extension targets infilling a gap and stepping out returned a varying average of gold but was seen in multiple intercepts.

Within the broader mineralized gap, consistent gold mineralization was recorded with one intercept even having a bonanza grade of gold, and 6.10 per cent zinc. This is the highest consistent base-metal mineralization drilled so far.

“Once again, the orientation of drilling has maximized success through this extension zone returning consistent values that warrant more drilling to fully evaluate the potential of the area… We are excited to evaluate the next steps at Pilar as we continue to move the project forward,”commented Brodie Sutherland, CEO of Tocvan, said.

Hole JES-22-64 intersecting a broad anomalous gold zone, which the companies believe shows signs of mineralization continuing further southeast of the area.

1,562 metres for the Phase III drilling has been completed in nine drill holes which the companies claim will provide useful information across the main zone and 4-T Trend. Results are pending for two holes on separate parallel trends.

Tocvan is in its third year of a five-year agreement with Colibri so that it can earn an initial 51 per cent interest on the Pilar Gold & Silver Project.

Tocvan Ventures Corp. (TOC) is up 2.44 per cent trading at $0.84 per share as of 2:44 p.m. ET.

Colibri Resource Corporation (CBI) is unchanged trading at $0.06 per share as of 2:44 p.m. ET.
