Andrew Ryu, Executive Chairman, purchased 900,000 shares at an average price of C$0.162.

Marshall Gunter, CEO, purchased 620,000 shares at an average price of $0.16.

Don Shim, CFO, purchased 300,000 shares at an average price of $0.17.

Jim Peterson, Director, purchased 150,000 shares at an average price of $0.17.

Paul Haber, Director, purchased 300,000 shares at an average price of $0.15.

Benj Gallander, Director, purchased 150,000 shares at an average price of $0.155.
