Digihost (DGHI) has appointed Paul Ciullo as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Ciullo will be based out of New York and oversee all accounting and finance activities to ensure they support Digihost’s evolving growth strategy and vision.
He specializes in financial reporting and project management with ample experience at various Fortune 500 companies.
He is also a CPA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
Ciullo replaces Cindy Davis as CFO.
