Doré Copper (TSXV:DCMC) closes C$5.75M private placement

Doré Copper Mining Corp. (DCMC) has closed its private placement for gross proceeds of $5,750,115.

The company issued 7,666,820 common shares and 9,583,525 flow-through common shares.

Cormark Securities Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Paradigm Capital Inc. acted as agents for the offering.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used for exploration and development activities and working capital and general corporate purposes.

Doré Copper Mining Corp. aims to be the next copper producer in Québec with a production target of +50 Mlbs of copper equivalent annually by implementing a hub-and-spoke operation model with multiple high-grade copper-gold assets feeding its centralized 2,700 tonnes per day mill.

Doré Copper Mining Corp. (DCMC) is unchanged on the day, trading at C$0.32 per share at 10:30 am ET.
