Eden Empire (EDEN) has closed the third tranche of its $500,000 private placement. The third tranche consisted of 4,700,000 units for gross proceeds of $235,000.
Each unit includes one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one share at a price of $0.10 for a period of 36 months. The warrants are subject to an acceleration clause.
Eden Empire paid a cash finder’s fee of C$7,700 and issued 154,000 warrants to Haywood Securities Inc.
All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date.
