ELL Technologies Ltd, a Lingo Media (LM) subsidiary, has agreed to license its interactive English learning technology to Liberty University.

The language learning solution, English for Success (EFS), is designed to assist students from beginner to upper-intermediate proficiency levels.

The EFS resource library offers more than 1,700 lessons, 40,000 audio clips, and a speech recognition capability that assists with pronunciation.

The EFS learning management system allows instructors to monitor a student’s progress, and assign tailored lessons based on their individual needs.

Located in Lynchburg, Virginia, Liberty University is a one of the largest Christian universities on earth. On-campus and online, Liberty boasts over 100,000 students, with approximately 700 international students from 70 countries.

EFS was selected as the best learning platform, after a thorough evaluation by Liberty’s Centre for Professional & Continuing Education (CPCE).

EFS won out as a result of the technology’s flexibility, “robust content library, and unique customisation features”.

President and CEO of Lingo Media, Gali Bar-Ziv, commented on the agreement. “We view the selection of our product by an acclaimed university like Liberty as an important endorsement and an indication of the potential opportunity that exists for our solutions in the United States.”

Lingo Media’s share price remains steady on the market, selling shares at $0.04 apiece.
