Equity Metals Corporation (EQTY) has recorded multiple intercepts of over 500 grams of silver equivalent from the Sveinson target at the Silver Queen Property in British Columbia.

The most notable results include those from hole SQ21-059 which returned multiple high-grade gold-silver-polymetallic intercepts.

The drill intercepts are from the final six of twelve core holes which tested the western half of the Sveinson target during the Fall of 2021.

Drilling successfully intersected multiple shallow veins at less than 100 metres below surface, as well as deeper vein intercepts up to 400 metres below surface. The veins have preliminary indications of mineralization continuity between these holes, the earlier released holes from the eastern end of the target area, and previously reported holes.

The Sveinson target is a broad east-west-trending structural zone that forms the transition from the strongly silver-enriched Camp target to the west into the gold-enriched southern portion of the No. 3 target to the east. Four separate veins, initially modelled from the Camp target, reach into the Sveinson target and were primary targets of the most recent drill testing.

The company also completed its winter 2022 drill program on the property. The program consisted of 13 core holes totalling 4,382 metres, including six holes at the NG-3 target and seven holes on the Camp and Sveinson targets. Assay results are anticipated to be released over the next six to eight weeks.

Equity Metals Corporation (EQTY) is up 7.14 per cent trading at $0.15 per share as of 11:54 a.m. EST.
