Flow Beverage (TSX:FLOW) has revealed a new sustainable packaging that is set to debut this summer across North America in tandem with a new brand platform.

In a news release, the company stated the initial rollout will begin with the introduction of updated packaging for Flow Original followed by the Flavored Water release later this year.

Called the Tetra Pak package, the new packaging is Flow Beverage’s most sustainable packaging yet with more than 80 per cent renewable materials that is sealed with an improved sugarcane-based cap.

“We’re excited to be able to roll out our beautifully redesigned package in our most sustainable format yet, thus delivering on the core promise of Flow to bring you the highest quality mineral spring water in the most environmentally conscious way, without compromising its pure taste,” Nicholas Reichenbach, CEO of Flow Beverage, said in a statement.

The company said the new packaging comes as it works towards elevating its presence in the premium water category.

Flow Beverage also revealed a new brand platform that will enrich its brand and positioning through a multi-faceted approach. Through the platform, the company aims to further connect with its community and target consumers through above-the-line communications, tailored retail initiatives, influencer and creator collaborations, consumer events and more.

Founded in 2014, Flow Beverage is a premium water company in North America offering original naturally alkaline spring water, award-winning organic flavoured alkaline water and vitamin-infused flavoured water.

Shares of Flow Beverage are unchanged at C$0.21.
