Gold Bull (TSXV:GBRC) upgrades to OTCQB

 Gold Bull Resources Corp. (GBRC) has been upgraded to trade on the OTCQB Market under a new symbol GBRCF effective May 3, 2021.

Gold Bull will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GBRC.

The move to the OTCQB will provide numerous investor benefits including higher reporting standards, greater access to analyst coverage and news services, and more comprehensive compliance requirements.

Gold Bull CEO, Cherie Leeden commented,

“We expect that the OTCQB listing will increase the company’s visibility to U.S. investors and help improve liquidity for our shareholders through an efficient platform.”
