High Fusion (FUZN) has welcomed Rachel Wright and Lincoln Fish to its board of directors.
Rachel Wright CPA will join the board and chair the audit committee. Lincoln Fish, co-founder of OutCo will lead the California operations for High Fusion Inc.
Rachel Wright, CPA MST is the founder and managing partner of AB FinWright, LLP, a CPA firm in California serving primarily cannabis industry clients across the United States. Rachel has extensive experience in oversight of financial reporting and tax for multistate, and cross-border cannabis companies. She has worked with many companies in the industry to advise in the tax and financial matters. Rachel regularly writes for publications such as Bloomberg Tax, the Cannabis Industry Journal, Marijuana Venture, and the LA Daily Journal.
Lincoln Fish, CEO of OutCo Labs Inc., has been a leader in the California cannabis space since 2016. In addition to running a cannabis operation in San Diego, Lincoln has been actively involved in cannabis legislation on the local/state level. Lincoln has an extensive background in healthcare strategy, marketing, and sales. He co-founded a healthcare technology firm specializing in patient financial management and one of the nation’s fastest growing nutraceutical companies. Lincoln is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
