Highmark Interactive expands high school sports programs and adds post-secondary schools.

The Ottawa University Gee Gees and the NAIT Ooks selected Highmark Interactive’s EQ Elite technology to ensure students’ health and safety.

Highmark Interactive created a virtual and gamified neurological assessment tool.

The Okanagan Hockey Group was an early adopter of EQ Elite and has since then deployed the technology across BC, Ontario, Europe and the UK.

EQ Elite is a high-performance sport module, designed to provide top-level student-athletes and athletic programs with a medical-grade digital tool for ongoing assessment across several areas of neurologic function.

Co-founder and CEO of Highmark Interactive, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, talks about EQ Elite.

“EQ Elite helps link objective neurologic data with the ability to provide ongoing oversight of student-athletes which, until now, has been a missing and much-needed combination for better protecting the brain health of student-athletes.”

Highmark Interactive is focused on changing the testing and management of brain and mental health by providing real-time data to health providers to support proactive, preventative interventions and targeted care planning to improve health outcomes.

Highmark Interactive (HMRK) is steady at C$0.38 per share at 2:42 pm EST.
