The company anticipates being able to complete the Annual Filings on or before Monday, July 18, 2022.
HIVE does not anticipate any further delays stemming from the delayed filing of the annual filings and confirms that there has been no material change in the information contained in the default announcement issued on June 29, 2022. There is no other material information concerning the company’s affairs that has not been disclosed.
