iMining Technologies (IMIN) is relocating its headquarters to Alberta.

The move to Alberta allows the company to leverage services and incentives offered by the province, putting the company in a position to empower the blockchain and Web3.0 ecosystems in Alberta. By utilizing the existing oil and gas wells across Alberta, iMining will be able to advance the hosting of future cryptocurrency mining operations.

iMining is using Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP for legal assistance with its expansion into Alberta.
