International Lithium (ILC) has yielded up to 2.25 per cent Li2O over 15.82 m from its Raleigh Lake Project.

The result stems from 20 holes of phase 3 diamond drilling on the Ontario-based property, which consists of 48,500 hectares of adjoining mineral claims 100-per-cent owned by the company. Raleigh is not subject to any encumbrances and is royalty-free.

Additional highlights:

The drilling demonstrated mineral continuity and intersected thicker and higher grades closer to surface as anticipated.

All results from phase 3 will be included in Raleigh’s upcoming mineral resource estimate.

Additionally, the company has completed an airborne geophysical survey in anticipation of 2023 field exploration, which will focus on prospective mineralized extensions, as well as vein intersections from pending regional exploration assays.

The company also applied for funding under the Ontario Junior Exploration Program in 2022 and qualified for C$200,000. It received the first C$60,000 in late 2022, with the remainder expected in April 2023.

CEO John Wisbey joined Coreena Robertson to discuss the results.

International Lithium explores and develops projects with the potential to become world-class lithium and rare metal deposits. It is primarily focused on Canada, Ireland and Zimbabwe.

International Lithium (ILC) is unchanged, trading at $0.07 per share as of 12:15 pm EST.
