LaSalle (TSXV:LSX) extends Goldhawk Zone by 200 metres

LaSalle Exploration (LSX) has reported final drill results from its initial exploration program at the Radisson Property in Quebec.

Radisson is located in the Eeyou Istchee of James Bay Territory in Quebec and contains the Goldhawk and Talon zones.

The 12-hole, 2,654-metre maiden drill campaign, concluded in August, tested a number of targets on the property.

The results reported today include the remaining five drill holes, 266 grab samples, and 42 channel samples from the Goldhawk and Talon zones.

The Talon zone, which was discovered in August, was extended 400 metres along strike to the southeast.

Drilling also extended the Goldhawk zone 200 metres to the southeast, with one hole intersecting two zones containing 2.01 g/t gold over 6 metres and 3.01 g/t gold over 6 metres.

Additional prospecting discovered another Goldhawk extension 1,200 metres to the northwest, with grab samples returning up to 12.45 and 37.40 g/t gold.

Ian Campbell, President and CEO of LaSalle, commented on the results.

“We are extremely pleased by the results of our 2021 campaign at Radisson,” he said. “We are excited to return to the property this winter for additional drill testing of Goldhawk and for the initial drill test of Talon.”

LaSalle Exploration is a Canadian company focused on less explored districts of the Abitibi. The company is developing projects in the Eeyou Itschee-James Bay region in Québec as well as the high-grade gold Blakelock and Egan properties in northeastern Ontario.

Shares in LaSalle Exploration Corp. (LSX) are down 10.0 per cent, trading at $0.09 per share as of 11:34 am ET.
