Cannabis company, Maple Leaf Green World (MGW) is launching a new website for its CBG Hemp Project.

The company launched the new website under the name of its subsidiary, Golden State Green World.

The two most well-known cannabinoids of the cannabis plant are CBD and THC. CBG is a lesser known cannabinoid compound that is non-psychoactive and is only found in trace amounts.

Maple Leaf believes that CBG, as a precursor to other cannabinoids, has great medical and therapeutic potential. The company intends to capitalise upon this potential as more research is conducted and awareness about CBG continues to grow.

Since starting, Maple Leaf’s CBG Hemp Project has elicited strong interest, with numerous international enquiries about La Crème CBG products.

As such, the company’s new website will focus primarily on raising awareness about the CBD Hemp Project. The site will provide purchasing details, information, pictures, progress, and updates for interested parties.

In related news, Maple Leaf’s five greenhouses have all been planted to full capacity with La Crème cannabis. The plants are now in the flowering stage and should be ready for harvesting sometime in August.

Some of the strongest and healthiest plants from the crop have been selected as mother plants. These will continue the lineage and produce future crops throughout the season.

Two potential clients have already requested a tour of Maple Leaf’s CBG Hemp Project site in California. The company has scheduled the site tour for within these two weeks.

Maple Leaf Green World (MGW) is up 5.88 per cent and is trading at C$0.09 per share at 11:59am EDT.
