Namaste Technologies (N) continues its evolution toward the wellness space with a name change to Lifeist Wellness Inc.
The company’s common shares will trade on the TSXV under its updated ticker symbol, LFST, at the market open on or about September 15, 2021.
One of the company’s first ventures under its new moniker is the U.K. wellness website, everyonedoesit.co.uk, which offers hemp-derived CBD products.
The U.K. is the second-largest global market for hemp-derived CBD, which is estimated to generate £700 million in sales for 2021, according to the Association for the Cannabinoid Industry and Centre for Medicinal Cannabis.
