NeoTerrex Minerals kickstarts drilling at Mount Discovery

NeoTerrex Minerals (TSXV:NTX) has revealed the expansion of its ongoing exploration program at its Mount Discovery property in southwestern Quebec.

In a news release, the Ottawa-based company stated it is adding to its exploration program by targeting several more rare earth occurrences that have been identified at the property.

The property, which spans 11,187 hectares, has the potential for significant rare earth element discovery and development.

As such, the company said it has deployed an excavator in order to establish access to new drilling locations.

“We are delighted to increase our exploration efforts on Mount Discovery and unlock further potential within this highly prospective rare earth element property” Mathieu Stephens, CEO of NeoTerrex, said in a statement. “Our dedicated team has identified several promising targets, and we eagerly anticipate the outcomes of this extended program.”

NeoTerrex is also expected to conduct additional excavation of newly discovered mineralized zones on the property, which will determine their potential surface extent.

The drilling program also intends to validate lateral and depth extensions of the mineralized zones, including the King showing.

The company will also target other areas on the property such as Sicilian, Blitz and Knight.

NeoTerrex Minerals is focused on advancing the Mount Discovery Property where the company owns 100 per cent undivided interest in certain mineral claims.

Shares of NeoTerrex Minerals (TSXV:NTX) are up 7.50 per cent to C$0.21 as of 9:30 am ET.
