Common shares of Neptune Digital Assets Corp. (NDA) have begun trading the OTCQB under the symbol NPPTF.

The company’s common shares will continue to trade on the TSXV under the symbol NDA and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 1NW.

Cale Moodie, Neptune’s Chief Executive Officer, commented on the news.

“Neptune continues to build the business and grow operations in a cost-conscious manner in spite of the crypto bear market. Getting the US OTCQB listing is one more step in the direction of positioning the company for the next bull run. Neptune has sufficient financial means to take advantage of the bear market discounts and acquire assets with cash raised at the peak of the last bull cycle, it’s business as usual for Neptune Digital.”

Operated by OTC Markets, the OTCQB offers transparent trading in entrepreneurial and development-stage companies that are current in their financial reporting and have undergone an annual verification and management certification process. The OTCQB is recognized by SEC as an established public market.

Neptune Digital Assets (NDA) is one of the first publicly-traded blockchain companies in Canada and is a cryptocurrency and blockchain infrastructure leader with operations across the digital asset ecosystem, including Bitcoin mining, proof-of-stake mining, blockchain nodes, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other associated blockchain technologies.

Neptune Digital Assets Corp. (NDA) opened trading at C$0.21.
