Nortec Minerals (NVT) has completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $250,000.
The company issued 25,000,000 units for $0.01 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is may be exercised to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.05 until September 2, 2023.
Nortec paid finders’ fees in cash of $9,000 to Haywood Securities Inc.
Proceeds will be used to fund exploration work and general working capital.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month hold period, expiring on January 3, 2023.
Nortec is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company. Nortec has a 17 per cent interest in the Tammela Gold and Tammela Lithium projects in Southwest Finland.
