The offering consisted of 6,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.05 per share.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
Olivut will use the proceeds for exploration and general corporate purposes.
Olivut is a diamond exploration company with a 100 per cent mineral interest in the HOAM Project and a 50 per cent interest in the Seahorse Project both located in the Northwest Territories.
